ELIGIBILITY
- He/She shall have a Degree in Law from a recognized University or a Barrister of Law from England or Ireland or is a Member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland.
- ii) Six (6) years’ experience as practicing Advocate of High Court and the Courts Sub-ordinate thereto.
Age:
Candidate shall not be less than 30 years and more than 40 years on the last date fixed for submission of application for appointment.
CRITERIA FOR SELECTION PROCESS:
The Candidates Obtaining Minimum 60% Marks In The Preliminary Test Will Be Eligible To Appear For The Second Written Test Consisting Of 2 Papers Of 3 Hours Duration.
SYLLABUS:
There will be 100 questions in the mcqs test to be solved within 120 minutes. Format of mcqs will comprise as follow:
- 60% questions relating to law,
- 40% questions relating to English.
